Version 0.5.2b hot patch 2

Fixed lag, was being caused by the new heat damage code. 

Every minuted you will take heat damage in extreme biomes. 

Biomes 2, 3 , -2,  or -3  in heat, will use stamina based on difficulty. In the first difficulty, biomes 2 and -2 will not be affected but you will lose -10 stamina in biomes 3 or -3. For higher difficulties add difficulty * 10.

 I will probably change these 10s to 15 in the next update, because you regain 30 per minute when not moving.
